Shrine of Descent
The Shrine of Descent is a Hallowed Concepts interactable that changes a Risk of Rain 2 teleporter event into the route to Soulbound Threshold. Pray before starting the teleporter. Eligibility depends on Pages at stage load, and the prayer generally locks that stage’s ordinary teleporter exit.

What does praying commit you to?
Section titled “What does praying commit you to?”The usual teleporter exit is generally locked after prayer. Conduit Canyon has an exception, and another available portal can still offer an alternative route. Look for the Ritual Portal around the teleporter after the extended event; its position is not fixed immediately beside the device.
The multiplayer Page count is an unusual launch behavior and may change. It is not safe to extrapolate from solo’s one-Page requirement to one per player, or from these values to a later patch without checking.
